The role — what you’ll do
- Deliver dishes and drinks quickly and safely from kitchen/bar to tables in the correct order and with care.
- Explain dishes and drinks confidently when handing them over to guests.
- Keep the pass tidy: polish cutlery, stock side stations, run plates/dishes to prep areas.
- Support servers and bartenders by collecting glassware and resetting tables.
- Work as a team to maintain pace and energy on the floor.
