Job Title: Kitchen Fitter (Social Housing)
Company: D&S
Location: Mansfield
Pay: £350 per kitchen (CIS Deductible)
Job Type: Self-Employed / Sub-Contract – Long Term

Job Description
D&S are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Fitter to join our team working on a social housing contract in Mansfield. This is long-term, consistent work for the right person.

We will initially be starting with 5 kitchens per week, with opportunities for additional work as the contract progresses.

Key Responsibilities

Fit complete kitchens according to site drawings and specifications
Installation of base units, wall units, and worktops
Ensure all installations are completed to a high professional standard
Install skirting boards and architrave within the kitchen
Maintain a clean and safe working environment on site

Requirements

Proven experience fitting kitchens on a social housing contract
Ability to work from site drawings and plans
Must be able to fit a kitchen within a day
Own tools and transport
Good attention to detail and quality workmanship
Must hold valid certificates for Manual Handling, Working at Heights, and Asbestos Awareness
