Overview
JMKB Group are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our growing construction team. The role is full time on a self employed basis (CIS Registered)
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to support a variety of on-site construction tasks. No two days are the same, and you will play a key role in helping projects run safely, smoothly, and efficiently.
Essential: A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport are required, as travel between sites forms an essential part of this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist tradespeople including bricklayers, roofers, plasterers and joiners
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Carry out basic demolition under supervision
- Keep site areas clean, tidy, and safe
- Mix and prepare materials such as concrete and mortar
- Use basic hand and power tools (under supervision)
- Support deliveries and material storage
- Follow all site instructions and health & safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous construction site experience (preferred)
- Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
- Basic understanding of health & safety on site
- Valid CSCS card (preferred or willing to obtain)
- Full UK Driving Licence and own transport (essential)
