Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development and well-being of young children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the early experiences of children, ensuring their safety, happiness, and growth. We will consider full or part time working schedule.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning through play, fostering children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support children's learning and development effectively.
Observe and assess children's progress regularly, keeping accurate records to inform planning and share with parents.
Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive approach to childcare and education within the nursery setting.
Demonstrate strong communication skills in English to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.

Qualifications

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with children and their families.
