Specialising in the manufacture and delivery of both structural precast concrete and GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) units based in the heart of the country in Nottingham.
Focusing on the manufacture of all kinds of precast components Trent Precast Concrete Ltd will surely have the capability and expertise to meet client’s needs.

Requirements of a Bespoke Precast Operative

Experience within a GRC facility / architectural precast manufacturing facility essential.
Experienced with the technical ability to set up precast units and work to processes
Ability to read manufacture drawings
Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team

Responsibilities of a Precast Operative

Reporting to the Operative Supervisor
Safe and accurate production of lattice planks, balcony units and wall panels.
Prepring moulds
installing shutters and formwork
Positioning lattice girders, reinforced steel, cast-in fixings, conduits, sockets and other inserts.
checking dimensions, and carrying out visual inspections.
Working to drawings handed out and setting up precast units with accordance to as shown and within tolerances.
Achieving daily targets and working to tight deadlines
Ensuring all work is up to a high standard and meets process requirements.
Adapting and recycling knowledge to work efficiently.
Have the ability to learn new processes.
