Full job description

岗位职责：

负责仓库的日常运营管理

操作团队管理

处理货物的接收、存储、拣选、包装和发货工作

维护仓库设备，确保其正常运作

使用仓库管理系统（WMS）进行数据录入和跟踪

任职要求：

具备良好的英语沟通能力

物流和供应链相关工作经验者优先

有长期英国合法工作身份工作地点：Tamworth B78

工作时间：08:00-16:00 / 9:00 - 17:00

视情况需要加班加班计额外时薪

法定带薪假期28天/年（全职）

试用期1-3个月

长期工作，即日可以上班短工勿扰

Job Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
Team Leadership: Supervise and manage the warehouse operational team to ensure peak performance.
End-to-End Logistics: Handle the complete process of goods including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure all machinery is in good working order.
WMS Proficiency: Utilise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for accurate data entry and inventory tracking.

Requirements:

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
Experience: Prior experience in logistics and supply chain management is highly preferred.
Work Eligibility: Must possess valid, long-term right-to-work status in the UK.

Position Details:

Location: Tamworth (B78).
Working Hours: 08:00-16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00.
Overtime: Overtime may be required based on business needs and will be paid at an hourly rate.
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days of statutory paid annual leave (for full-time employees).
Probation : 1–3 months probation period.

Additional Information:

This is a long-term position. Candidates looking for short-term or temporary work will not be considered.
Immediate start available.
