Our technology-driven approach including real-time tracking, e-prescribing, and precision analytics sets us apart in the homecare pharmacy landscape.
The Opportunity
Were launching our first-ever Graduate Scheme a 1218 month rotational programme designed to develop the next generation of talent at PHP. This is a rare opportunity to experience every corner of a growing healthcare business, build a genuine understanding of how homecare pharmacy works from the inside, and find your place within it.
Over the course of the programme, youll rotate through a number of departments across the business, gaining hands-on experience in areas spanning operations, finance, commercial, technology, and people. You wont be watching from the sidelines. Youll be contributing to real work, tackling real challenges, and building relationships across the business.
At the end of the programme, the goal is simple: a permanent role at PHP in the area where youve made the biggest impact and found the best fit.
