About the role

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Marketplace & Warehouse Operations Assistant to support our online sales operations and day-to-day warehouse activities.

This is a varied role covering marketplace account monitoring, customer service, order fulfilment, stock handling, returns, and product listing management. Full training will be provided where needed, so this could be a great opportunity for someone who is organised, responsible, and keen to learn.

Key responsibilities

Marketplace and customer service

Monitor account health across online marketplaces.
Review customer feedback and take appropriate action when needed.
Respond to customer messages in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor and process customer cancellation requests.
Manage marketplace cases, disputes, and customer queries.
Create new product listings across online marketplaces.
Update and improve existing listings to help maintain accuracy and support sales performance.

Warehouse operations

Pick customer orders accurately.
Pack orders carefully and efficiently for dispatch.
Process goods-in, including checking and organising incoming stock.
Handle customer returns in line with company procedures.
Support the organisation and day-to-day management of the warehouse.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-focused, and willing to support different areas of the business. Previous experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, customer service, or warehouse operations would be helpful, but it is not essential as training will be provided.

You may be a good fit if you:

Take ownership of your work.
Show initiative and can solve problems independently.
Have strong attention to detail.
Communicate clearly and professionally.
Can work efficiently in a busy environment.
Are flexible and willing to learn.
Understand the importance of great customer service and accurate order fulfilment.

Training

Training will be provided where required, including marketplace systems, customer service processes, listing management, warehouse procedures, and returns handling.
