Responsibilities

- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work station and tools
- Staying updated with the latest hair trends and techniques through continuous professional development
- Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon environment
- Managing appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and salon productivity
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hair styling or barbering is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Organised, reliable, and attentive to detail in all aspects of work
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and professional presentation in line with salon standards.
