Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and managing their seating arrangements efficiently
- Handling reservations and walk-in enquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Providing excellent guest services, including answering questions about the menu and facilities
- Managing phone calls with proper phone etiquette and assisting with booking inquiries
- Coordinating with the service team to ensure timely seating and guest satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean and organised front of house area to uphold high standards of presentation
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as required to support smooth operations
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on friendly customer interaction
- Experience in guest services or serving roles is advantageous
- Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations can be beneficial
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional attitude
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and courteous conversation management is preferred
