We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Scheduling Coordinator at Hinkley Point C.

You will be coordinating all vehicle and material movement up to building access areas, including controlling unloading activities. You will be a quick learner as in this role you will be required to use a bespoke delivery management system as well as utilise various vehicle and material management trackers to create forecasts and daily coordination plans supporting our client and other departments. This will be a very busy role with conflicting priorities, and we are looking for someone who wants to join us who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work across a diverse set of businesses. You will be part of a great team, who are supportive and friendly.

What we can offer you:

Starting salary from £29,000 per annum (depending on experience).
Shift Pattern: Working 39 hours over 4 days – Friday to Monday
8.65% bonus

Essential Skills

CITB Operative H&S test (must be completed before the start date)

Experience Required

Previous experience using Delivery Management Systems
Working within a construction site
Radio communication confidence
Good written and verbal communication
Good IT skills and understanding of booking software.
Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly under pressure.
Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to work with other internal processes and systems.

Site Specific Information

You must be able to provide a 3-year work/ unemployment/ education history and required vetting process in line with HPC protocols.
You must be able to obtain the HPC pass.
The site is located remotely and a bus journey of 45 minutes each way is required to gain access.
