Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Factory Worker to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting production processes, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and contributing to the efficient operation of the factory. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial environment. The position is paid and suitable for those eager to develop their skills within the manufacturing sector.

Duties

Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Assist with the assembly, packaging, and quality inspection of products.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to ensure a safe working environment.
Support the loading and unloading of materials and finished goods.
Follow production schedules to meet daily targets efficiently.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during shifts.

Experience

Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures within a factory environment.
Ability to operate manual handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is desirable but not mandatory.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts as required by production needs.
