Full job description

Woodmans Architecture & Interiors are looking to recruit an architectural technician to support technical packages on private residential projects. The technician will be required to collaborate with the project architect, build team and consultants with the appropriate skill set.

Requirements:

- Pro-active with assisting other staff.

- Ability to collaborate.

- Ability to problem solve.

- Approachable

- Willing to learn.

- UK Experience.

- Settled Status for EU citizens

Software Requirements:

- Experienced with Autocad.

Evidence of technical details, current building regs drawings and planning drawings required.

- Revit

Nice to have.

- Sketch Up Pro.

Preferred but if no experience – willing to learn.

- Lumion Pro.

Nice to have.

- NBS Contract Administrator

Preferred but if no experience – willing to learn.

- NBS Chorus (Spec Writer)

Preferred but if no experience – willing to learn.

- Experienced with Outlook.

- Experienced with Microsoft Suite.

- Competent with Indesign

Evidence of reports required which demonstrate ability.

- Photoshop

Preferred but if no experience – willing to learn.

Additional Requirements:

- Client facing experience.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with external design team.

- Collaborate with project architect and assist where needed on stages 2-6.

- Contract administration and on-site experience.
