Architectural Metal Roofing Ltd is a specialist contractor installing high-quality standing seam roofing and cladding systems across the South West. We work on a wide range of commercial and residential projects using premium materials including zinc, aluminium, steel and copper.
The Role
As our Commercial Estimator / Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business. You'll prepare accurate estimates and quotations, coordinate administrative processes, liaise with clients and suppliers, and help ensure projects run smoothly from enquiry through to completion.
Whether you already have estimating experience or are looking to develop your career within the construction industry, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotations from drawings, specifications and client enquiries.
- Request, analyse and compare supplier quotations.
- Process quotations, purchase orders and sales administration documentation.
- Follow up quotations and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals and documentation.
- Liaise professionally with clients, architects, contractors and suppliers.
- Assist with ordering materials and coordinating deliveries.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and company records.
- Answer telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Organise meetings, schedules and appointments, including preparing agendas and taking minutes where required.
- Maintain organised filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Provide general office and administrative support to the management team.
- Ensure office procedures comply with company policies and maintain a high standard of organisation.
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
