Key Responsibilities

Strong communicator with exceptional people skills to complement our team.
Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with our customers and potential customers.
Supervising activities in the gym and operating the equipment in a manner consistent with safe working practice.
Undertaking all day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of the equipment and fittings.
Supporting and assisting in the sales and retention processes.
Maintenance of customer records and performing administration duties as required.
Additional tasks as directed by the gym manager for the running of the gym business.

Requirements

Essential

Excellent verbal communication skills combined with a positive attitude.
The ability to motivate and support our members to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Desirable

As a member of our team you will

We are a 24/7 gym, our manned hours are Mon to Fri 08:00 – 20:00 and weekends 10:00 – 18:00), you are expected to work 34 hours on a shift rotation.
Have high standards of personal appearance and hygiene.
Work at reception and on the gym floor to welcome and assist members.
Understand, maintain and clean a wide range of equipment
Ensure that all gym facilities are clean and in excellent working order
