Following continued growth, we are looking for a talented Senior 3D Visualisation Artist to join our Worksop studio.
This is not a traditional visualisation role.
We are looking for someone who combines exceptional artistic ability with technical curiosity someone who is passionate about where our industry is heading and wants to help shape the future of digital twins, immersive environments, and AI-enabled visualisation.
About the Role
As a Senior 3D Visualisation Artist, you will play a key role in delivering world-class visual content across a wide variety of projects.
You will be responsible for producing photorealistic imagery, animations, immersive experiences, and digital twin environments while supporting junior team members and helping drive quality standards across the business.
You will work closely with our design, technology, and project management teams, contributing not only to project delivery but also to the continued evolution of our workflows and innovation strategy.
What You'll Be Working On
Projects regularly include:
- High-end architectural visualisation
- Retail environments and Store of the Future concepts
- Digital Twin environments
- Interactive Unreal Engine experiences
- Stadiums and major infrastructure projects
- Construction sequencing and visual communication
- AI-assisted visualisation workflows
- Real-time collaborative environments using NVIDIA Omniverse
- Emerging technologies that push the boundaries of design communication
No two projects are ever the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality photorealistic CGI imagery and animations.
- Produce detailed 3D environments from CAD, BIM, survey, and point cloud data.
- Develop visualisation content for retail, architectural, and construction projects.
- Build and optimise assets for real-time environments.
- Support the creation and maintenance of Digital Twin environments.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and technology specialists.
- Mentor and support junior artists.
- Maintain exceptional quality standards across all deliverables.
- Explore and implement new technologies that improve workflow efficiency and output quality.
- Contribute to the development of AI and automation initiatives within the studio.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience within a visualisation studio or similar environment.
- Expert knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max.
- Strong experience using Corona Renderer.
- Advanced modelling, texturing, lighting, and composition skills.
- Excellent Photoshop post-production capabilities.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-end visualisation work.
Desirable Skills
- Unreal Engine experience.
- NVIDIA Omniverse knowledge and USD workflows.
- Experience working with Digital Twins.
- BIM and Revit knowledge.
- Animation and video editing skills.
- Experience with AI-powered visualisation tools such as Midjourney, Magnific, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Vizcom, D5 Render, or similar.
- Understanding of automation and workflow optimisation.
- Experience mentoring or leading other artists.
