Full job description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic site manager to join our construction team working across busy construction sites in South Lincolnshire on new upcoming sites in the area.

You should demonstrate experience in new build residential construction.

Site Manager Responsibilities-not limited to:

Supervising on-site construction work and relaying instructions from senior management.
Constructing plots to meet programme and completion deadlines
Liaising with customers, sales team, sub contractors and senior management to ensure the construction programme is adhered to.
Ensuring that Health and Safety standards are adhered to
Site Manager Requirements:
2 years minimum experience within the construction industry
Ability to monitor construction deadlines
Extensive experience in a deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of construction industry safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £50,000.00-£58,000.00 per year

Experience:

residential housebuilding: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
