Summary
We are seeking a skilled HR & Administrator to join our team at Liquourpons Street Surgery in Boston. This vital role supports our healthcare mission by managing human resources functions and ensuring smooth administrative processes within our practice.
Responsibilities
- Assist with hiring of new staff including setting up personnel files, valid references DBS are in place
- Ensure New employees have access to all HR Systems, System 1, Email, Clarity, Bluestream.
- Ensure all employees have a relevant and UpToDate contract/Amended contract.
- Induction of All new staff Permanent, Locum, PCN and Students.
- Ensure all staff have UpToDate Car Insurance and MOT
- Ensure employees have the correct holiday allocation and are booked accordingly and add to System 1
- Monitor staff wellbeing
- Monitoring of staff sickness levels and informing management of trigger meeting
- Informing management team when appraisals are due
- Assist with Wage Control
- Ensure External systems (Bluestream and Clarity) are kept UpToDate and informing management team of outstanding concerns
- Update policies at Management team request
- Order and deal with Smart card queries
- Assist with all Health, Safety and Fire concerns
- Collate Weekly & monthly figures including Oats, Friends and Family data
