Front of House/Dental Receptionist:

We are looking to recruit a full-time Dental Receptionist for a private dental clinic located in Manchester City Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity to receive comprehensive training and secure long-term employment with an employer who values professional growth and development.

The Ideal Candidate:

✅ A warm, friendly, and well-presented individual with strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional manner.
✅ Confidence in using office equipment and software applications (training provided).
✅Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality
✅ A team player who can also work independently when needed.
✅ Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not essential—full training will be provided!

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the practice and assist them with check-in procedures.
Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring an efficient booking system.
Manage patient records, including updating personal information and maintaining confidentiality.
Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries and directing calls to appropriate staff members as needed.
Process payments
Assist with the coordination of patient referrals and follow-up appointments.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
Collaborate with dental team to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
