Due to continual growth, we have a vacancy for a Small Tool Workshop Foreman.
The successful candidate will be based in our workshop close to Lambeth Bridge and will be able to lead a small team whilst adding value themselves.
Requirements of the role are:
Practical
- Basic electrical (12/24v)
- Basic electrical fault-finding experience, including PAT testing
- Experience in 2 stroke, petrol and small diesel engines
- Ability to service, diagnose and repair accordingly
Organisational
- Ability to prioritise work load for yourself and your team
- Be responsible for managing the ordering of spares and parts
- Be a strong communicator and be able to deliver instruction to others
- To be able to work to budgetary constraints
- Be able to work within a fast paced environment
- To be able to review and assess relevant aspects of Health & Safety
- To be able to review and improve existing processes
- To be able to manage delivery vehicles, maintenance programmes: booking servicing, mot’s etc
