Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Car Sales Representative to join our automotive sales team. The successful candidate will engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and guide them through our range of vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales career in a professional, supportive environment, working closely with clients to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers, both in person and by phone, providing detailed information about available vehicles.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable models, highlighting key features and benefits.
Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to closing the sale, including upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM software.
Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and build long-term client relationships.
Work with the sales management team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
Stay up to date with the latest vehicle models, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to customers.

Requirements

Previous experience in B2B or automotive sales is advantageous.
Bilingual or multilingual ability is preferred, enabling effective communication with a diverse client base.
Strong sales and upselling skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional phone manner.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
Proficient in CRM software for tracking leads, customer information, and sales progress.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive client relationships.

Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
