Dental Patient Concierge

About Us:

House of Dental is a modern, patient-focused dental practice dedicated to providing excellent oral health care and creating a welcoming, stress-free experience for our patients. We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Dental Patient Concierge to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued patients.

Job Summary:

The Dental Patient Concierge plays a critical role in creating an exceptional patient experience by managing the front desk, welcoming patients, and ensuring seamless communication between the practice and our patients. If you have a passion for customer service and a friendly, professional demeanor, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.

Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the practice calendar.

Provide information on treatments, procedures, and insurance options.

Collect and process payments accurately, including copays and balances.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment.

Address patient concerns or questions with empathy and professionalism.

Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely and efficient patient flow.

Follow up with patients regarding upcoming appointments, treatment plans, and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).

Previous experience in customer service, or a dental/medical office.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in dental software (such as Dentally , Eaglesoft, or similar) is a plus.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
