Administrator & Compliance Coordinator

Non Violentiam CIC is an expanding supported housing provider specialising in supporting women, mothers and babies affected by domestic abuse, homelessness, mental health and other complex needs. We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Administrator & Compliance Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a varied role that combines administration, compliance, property inspections and operational support, with excellent opportunities to progress as the organisation continues to expand.
The Role
You'll play a key part in ensuring our services remain organised, compliant and operating to a high standard. Working closely with the management team, you'll coordinate inspections, maintain accurate records, support property management and help ensure our residents receive safe, high-quality accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate resident, staff and compliance records.
- Audit support files and support notes to ensure they meet required standards.
- Use Microsoft Excel to monitor compliance, produce reports and identify outstanding actions.
- Coordinate statutory inspections, servicing and compliance documentation.
- Carry out regular property inspections and identify maintenance or compliance issues.
- Organise maintenance works and liaise with contractors to ensure repairs are completed promptly.
- Support the onboarding of new properties, ensuring all compliance documentation is in place before occupation.
- Assist with HR administration, including DBS checks, training records and staff compliance.
- Maintain organised electronic filing systems and prepare documentation for audits and inspections.
- Provide administrative support across the organisation and assist with operational projects as required.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy.
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Can work independently and use their own initiative.
- Has strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Is confident visiting properties and working both in the office and out in the community.
- Enjoys improving systems and finding more efficient ways of working.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle for travelling between properties.
Desirable Experience
Experience within administration, compliance, housing, supported accommodation, property management or social care is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
