Buzy Bee is a thriving nursery looking for a enthusiastic, energetic and motivated qualified Early Years Practitioner (Nursery Nurse). You will have a flexible approach, a positive attitude and really enjoy having fun. You will love caring for children, which will need to spill over into caring for parents and colleagues too.

The right candidate will a be quirky and eager to make a difference in all our lives.

The successful candidate will:

Be easy going, able to laugh at jokes (especially bad ones, and those that don't make sense) and not take things too seriously

Be imaginative, especially when required to perform the role of a Wrestler, Disney Princess or Shopkeeper
Be good at hugging and ready to be a very important person to a group of children
Laugh at going home with random stains on your clothing

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 32-40 per week

Salary: Starting at £12.71 per hour. Our early years centre is hiring an energetic and enthusiastic individual to lead and supervise a group of preschool children. This position requires a background in early childhood education as well as experience in group supervision and management. We are looking for an educator with a passion for child development, a genuine interest in working with children and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

Meet with parents of pupils to answer questions or concerns.
Know how to handle difficult parents and students.
Be knowledgeable about health and safety issues for children of that age group.
Know how to address the needs of children from a diverse range of backgrounds.
Be able to work effectively with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.
Work as part of a team.
Address parents' concerns about their children's development.
