Location: Birmingham, B69 3AY
Salary: £25,500
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

Whether you're starting out or looking for your next challenge, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Customer Service and Transport Administration within a supportive and ambitious team.

The Role

No two days are the same. You'll be working at the heart of the business, supporting customers, suppliers, and our transport operation to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling customer and supplier enquiries by phone and email
Processing orders accurately and efficiently
Updating and maintaining internal systems
Supporting daily transport administration tasks
Assisting with vehicle routing and scheduling
Completing driver debrief administration and ensuring records are accurate
Working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and meet team targets

Qualifications

5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above, including Maths, English and ICT
