Responsibilities

Manage the installation, restocking, and maintenance of vending machines to guarantee optimal functionality and appealing product displays
Supervise team members involved in vending machine servicing, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
Conduct regular inspections to identify mechanical issues, replenish inventory, and ensure cleanliness and safety compliance
Utilize organizational skills to track inventory levels, sales data, and maintenance schedules accurately
Implement merchandising strategies by arranging products attractively to maximize sales potential
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of stock and replacement parts
Maintain detailed records of machine operations, service logs, and incident reports to ensure accountability and smooth operations

Requirements

Proven supervising or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
Proficiency in using tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for promotional or merchandising materials (nice-to-have)
Multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse teams and customers (preferred)
Experience with merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility and sales performance
Administrative experience for managing records, scheduling maintenance, and reporting activities
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues or technical problems with vending machines efficiently
