Full job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Accounts and Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing their needs and concerns.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Present and demonstrate company services and solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable to both parties.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, updating CRM systems and sales forecasts regularly.

Desired Skills:

Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure new business.
Ability to conduct effective needs assessments and consultations to understand client requirements and propose solutions.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of accountancy, taxation, payroll, or management consultancy services (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development roles, preferably in the professional services industry.
Demonstrated track record of success in acquiring and retaining clients, exceeding sales targets, and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with experience in consultative selling and solution-based selling approaches.
Experience working with clients in a consulting or advisory capacity (preferred but not required).
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.

Salary: as per experience

Schedule:

9:00 A.M to 5:00 PM
Monday to Saturday
