Duties
- Host live streaming sessions across various social media platforms, demonstrating products and engaging with viewers in real-time.
- Present products confidently, highlighting features and benefits to maximise viewer interest and sales conversions.
- Interact with live viewers through chat, answering questions, providing information, and maintaining a positive rapport.
- Manage and grow social media channels by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analysing audience engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies for upcoming live events or product launches.
- Monitor viewer feedback and adapt presentation styles accordingly to optimise viewer retention and sales performance.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour during live sessions, representing the brand positively at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in public relations or social media management is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently.
- Strong organisational skills to plan and execute live streaming schedules effectively.
