Job Description

Practice Overview:

Fully private practice, supporting FPI and Plan patients
Role starts from June 15th 2026
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 5:30pm and Fridays, 8:30am – 2:30pm
Join a growing, close-knit dental team, including 2 clinicians and a hygienist in a 2-surgery practice
Modern facilities within the practice
Ongoing rebranding, marketing and development of a new team, so we are looking for the right person to integrate with and help direct the team
Support provided primarily by the Principal Dentist and wider clinical leads

Role Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the practice including patient scheduling and registration, medical records, data entry, cash posting, daily bank deposit activity, office maintenance and computer systems
Supervise and develop practice personnel to ensure maximum efficiency in operations, including staff selection, onboarding/training, scheduling and other personnel-related activities
Ensure the practice provides an excellent level of patient service, including the resolution of patient concerns and issues
Manage, implement and maintain office policies and procedures
Oversee compliance-related activity
Provide additional administrative support to the clinicians through the completion of assigned tasks
Be proactive in encouraging the continued growth of the practice and patient base

Role Requirements:

Previous practice manager experience or clinical experience within a dental setting
