Full job description

### Duties:

Kitchen Duties will include the following:-

1. Following recipes to make Cheesecakes, Puddings and home bakes
2. Portioning and cutting biscuits and puddings
3. Good eye to detail for decorating and finishing products to a high standard
4. Operation of the oven(s)
5. Packaging of products
6. Compiling customer orders
7. Filling in relevant HACCP documentation
8. General cleaning duties
9. Any other kitchen assistant duties required

10. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas

### Experience:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment required
- Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and utensils

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen operations. Your attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization will contribute to the overall success of our kitchen team. If you are passionate about food preparation, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
