Working closely with the wider care team, you will support the day to day running of the home by coordinating shifts, overseeing care delivery and providing guidance to colleagues while ensuring residents receive compassionate, person centred support tailored to their individual needs. Alongside leading by example, you will help monitor wellbeing, support medication administration and ensure care plans are followed safely and consistently.
This role is well suited to an experienced Senior Care Assistant ready to take the next step, or an existing Team Leader looking to bring their experience into a supportive and rewarding environment. Your leadership, confidence and ability to guide others will help create a positive atmosphere where residents receive exceptional care every day.
What Matters Most

Previous experience working within a care environment is essential

Previous experience leading, supporting or supervising a care team

SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential

Medication administration training and competency is required

Strong communication skills with confidence supporting colleagues and coordinating shifts
