Assistant Salon Manager / Senior Beauty Therapist – Part-Time

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Assistant Salon Manager / Senior Beauty Therapist to join our multi award-winning beauty salon.

We're looking for a motivated, organised and experienced professional who is passionate about the beauty industry and enjoys leading by example. This is a hands-on role combining salon management responsibilities with delivering exceptional beauty treatments to our loyal clientele.

Working closely with the Salon Director, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the salon while supporting and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Working Hours

Alternate Mondays: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Wednesdays: 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Fridays: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Your Responsibilities

Assist the Salon Director with the day-to-day management of the salon
Support, motivate and lead the team
Oversee the salon in the Salon Director's absence, including holiday cover
Ensure exceptional customer service and a smooth daily operation
Manage appointment flow and support reception when required
Carry out a wide range of beauty and massage treatments to a high standard
Help maintain high standards throughout the salon and contribute to business growth

Essential Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' salon experience
Previous experience as a Salon Manager, Assistant Manager or Team Leader
Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
Confident in all aspects of beauty therapy and massage
Experienced in facial electrical treatments
Confident in BIAB and waxing treatments
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Positive, professional and passionate about delivering outstanding client care

Desirable

Reflexology qualification and experience
