About the Role
The Cadden Group is seeking an organised and proactive Admin / Accounts Assistant to join our busy finance team. Based at the Enniskillen Hotel, this dynamic role involves providing essential administrative and financial support across the four businesses within our hospitality group.

What You’ll Do
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records using Xero.
- Reconciliations: Daily reconciliation of cash and credit card receipts (investigating any variances), and monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
- Banking Support: Prepare daily/weekly cash lodgements.
- Query Management: Act as the main point of contact for supplier queries, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Inbox Management: Monitor the department mailbox, ensuring all incoming emails are actioned or escalated appropriately.
- Growth Potential: This role has the scope to progress and evolve, with the future opportunity to take on payroll responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in an accounts, bookkeeping, or finance administration role (Essential).
- Tech Savvy: Confident IT skills, with strong proficiency in MS Excel (Essential).
- Software: Prior experience with Xero or similar accounting software (Desirable, though training will be provided).
- Payroll: Previous payroll experience is a plus, but not essential.
- Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
