Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Omagh, Co. Tyrone
Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Ensure full Health & Safety compliance on site
- Supervise site teams, operatives, and subcontractors
- Coordinate materials, labour, and programme of works
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing progress updates
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Maintain site records, including diaries and reports
- Monitor quality standards and ensure work meets specifications
- Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively
- Lead site meetings, briefings, and toolbox talks
The Person:
An experienced, hands-on Site Manager with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of delivering residential projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Requirements:
- Experience as a Site Manager or similar role in residential construction
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- Ability to manage teams and subcontractors
- Good understanding of drawings and construction processes
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- CSCS Card (Manager level preferred)
- Full, clean driving licence
