Full job description

Cleantec Equipment Ltd is a leading supplier of pressure washers, cleaning equipment, generators, water tanks, and accessories throughout Northern Ireland, Ireland, and the UK.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our friendly office team in Omagh.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll provide excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day running of the office and helping to keep our website up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer emails professionally and efficiently.
Answer incoming telephone calls and assist customers with product and order enquiries.
Update website product pricing, descriptions, specifications and images.
Add new products and maintain existing website listings.
Process customer orders and provide administrative support.
Liaise with suppliers regarding products, pricing and availability.
Maintain accurate records and office documentation.
Assist with general office administration and daily business operations.
Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.

Essential Skills & Experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
Friendly, professional and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Desirable Skills (Not Essential)

Previous administrative or office experience.
Experience updating websites or eCommerce platforms.
Basic understanding of online retail and product management.
Accounts experience, including invoicing or bookkeeping.
Experience using Sage or similar accounting software.

Full training will be provided where required.
