Could you lead high profile hospitality, manage day to day operations and step confidently into a trusted leadership role at Government House?
As Deputy House Manager to the Lieutenant Governor, you will support the House Manager in delivering demanding duties for the Lieutenant Governor and his wife within a close knit team. Working in a fast paced and interesting environment, you take responsibility for the day to day operational delivery of household, hospitality and transport services, supervising staff, coordinating rotas and supporting official events from planning through to delivery. You also oversee assets such as the Wine Cellar and Silver collection, maintain the standards of the House and grounds, and provide professional driving and logistical support for official engagements.
This role gives you the opportunity to apply your hospitality, leadership and organisational experience in a prestigious and historic setting where no two days are the same. You will use your skills to manage people, coordinate complex operations and deliver high standard events, using your judgement and discretion to keep everything running smoothly.
