Logistics Planner / Operations Coordinator

Location: Radlett, WD7

Job Type: Full-time, Office Based

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Package: Competitive salary based on experience

About the Role

We are a growing stone wholesale B2B company looking for an organised and proactive Logistics Planner / Operations Coordinator to join our team in Radlett. This is a fast-paced office-based role focused on coordinating deliveries, managing logistics schedules, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working within logistics, transport planning, operations, or wholesale environments.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily in-house deliveries and collections
Schedule transport routes efficiently to maximise productivity
Communicate with drivers, warehouses, suppliers, and customers
Monitor delivery progress and resolve operational issues quickly
Maintain accurate delivery, payment and logistics records
Coordinate stock movement and order fulfilment processes
Handle customer queries regarding deliveries and schedules
Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
Assist with general operational and administrative tasks

Requirements

Previous experience in logistics, transport planning, operations, or a similar role preferred
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email communication
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Experience in wholesale or B2B industries is an advantage
