Lyndon House is a Salvation Army Lifehouse in Ipswich, providing accommodation and tailored support to 39 people experiencing homelessness. We are committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred services that help individuals move forward with dignity and hope.
We are looking for a welcoming, organised and proactive individual to help create a positive and professional front office environment. In this important role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, staff and visitors, managing telephone and face-to-face enquiries with confidence and sensitivity.
You will also support Housing Management functions within the Lifehouse, playing a key part in the day-to-day running of the service. This is a pivotal position where your contribution will help ensure we continue to provide high-quality, outcome-focused support to those who need it most.
The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:

Knowledge of legislation relating to Health and Safety and Safeguarding of service users/staff

Experience of managing a front office environment

Good record keeping and data management skills

A positive attitude and motivation towards supporting vulnerable clients

Good written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in a range of IT packages including Microsoft
