Riverhills Health Club & Spa is a 3000+ member health club and day spa on the edge of Ipswich. It is a friendly health club that focuses on giving a high-quality customer service and recently benefitted from a £6million refurbishment. The club is part of the Mosaic group where individuals are valued and staff are seen as a key asset of the business.

Job Details for Health Club Professional

Flexible work schedules – 8-hour shifts as part of a 7-day rota
Permanent contract 40 hours per week

Requirements for Health Club Professional

A positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Ability to work effectively and positively as part of a team
Level 2 (minimum) Gym Instructor qualification
Competent swimmer – NB a swimming assessment will take place as part of the recruitment process

Responsibilities for Health Club Professional

Reception duties
Lifeguarding – full training for NPLQ National Pool Lifeguarding
Qualification) available to the right candidate if not already held
Cleaning & maintenance
Gym instruction / supervision, including exercise programmes and member inductions
Health & Safety
