About the Role

Simply Thank You is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our growing team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring an exceptional customer experience whilst identifying opportunities to increase revenue and strengthen relationships.

Working closely with the Client Services team, the successful candidate will engage with key stakeholders, understand client objectives and proactively deliver solutions that support their business needs.

This is a key commercial role within Simply Thank You, requiring a confident self-starter who can build strong relationships, identify opportunities for growth and contribute to overall business success.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts.

· Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

· Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries.

· Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

· Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems.

· Prepare account reviews, reports and sales forecasts.

· Support the promotion of Simply Thank You through networking and social media activity.

· Proactively follow up and convert inbound PPC leads generated through campaigns.

· Ensure timely, professional handling of new enquiries to maximise conversion rates.

· Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional Simply Thank You services and drive sales.

About You

· Previous experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales or Customer Success.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Commercially minded with a proactive, results-driven approach.

· Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

· Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software is desirable.

· Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Desirable

· Experience within the Gift Card, Employee Benefits, Reward & Recognition or Employee Engagement sectors.
