Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting architectural and engineering projects through technical design, drafting, and site surveying. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in AUTO CAD software, and graphic visualisation, contributing to innovative solutions across various design projects. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for professional development within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed technical drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit.
Create 3D models and visualisations with SketchUp
Assist in system design processes for construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and standards.
Prepare graphic designs and presentation materials to communicate project concepts effectively.
Support the development of detailed construction documentation and technical reports.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to review design proposals and optimise project workflows.
Maintain organised project files, drawings, and documentation in accordance with company standards.

Skills

Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
Experience in construction-related design processes and system integration.
Ability to produce high-quality designs for presentations and client proposals.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in drafting and modelling tasks.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. This position offers a valuable platform for aspiring Architects seeking to enhance their technical expertise while contributing meaningfully to innovative projects across the construction sector.
