Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced brickwork site supervisor (Black Hats) capable of assisting running large, high value projects in order to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining a high level of quality.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise construction workers on site
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and report on status to project managers
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities and expenses
- Liaising with out surveyors and commercial team
- QA management
Skills:
- SMSTS / Relevant NVQ Level 3- 6
- Proven experience in managing and supervising construction projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry
