Code 11 Caravans & Motorhomes Ltd is an expanding leisure vehicle dealership and proud Swift Main Dealer based in Ossett, West Yorkshire. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Caravan & Motorhome Technician to join our busy workshop team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with caravan, motorhome, automotive, commercial vehicle or leisure vehicle experience who is looking for a long-term career with a forward-thinking company.
The Role
As a Caravan & Motorhome Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing and preparing caravans and motorhomes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing and habitation checks on caravans and motorhomes.
- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on new and used vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair faults relating to:
- 12v and 240v electrical systems
- Gas systems
- Water systems
- Heating and hot water systems
- Appliance installations and repairs
- Complete damp inspections and undertake remedial repairs.
- Install accessories including movers, solar systems, Wi-Fi systems, air conditioning units, self-levelling systems and security devices.
- Carry out warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards.
- Complete job cards and workshop paperwork accurately.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to Approved Workshop Scheme standards.
- Support colleagues and contribute positively to the workshop environment.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working on caravans, motorhomes, campervans or leisure vehicles.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- A practical and methodical approach to repairs.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Qualifications
- AWS (Approved Workshop Scheme) accreditation.
- Gas certification.
- Electrical experience (12v and 240v systems).
- Experience with Swift products.
- Automotive or commercial vehicle engineering background.

Working Hours
Currently, Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm however, as a rapidly growing company these may be subject to change in the future.
