Background and context
Face the Future Online Ltd is part of the Face the Future Group. The group of companies includes both a clinic and online retail stores facethefuture.co.uk and luxuriouslook.co.uk. Face the Future Online Ltd is one of the UK’s leading online retailers of cosmeceutical skin care products. Our passion and expertise in skin started in 2005 with our clinic and in 2008, the Face the Future online shop was born. Our online shop allows us to provide comprehensive home-treatment products to improve skin and make it the best it can be. As an authorised stockist of hundreds of skincare brands, we are in the unique and fortunate position to be able to offer our customers a completely bespoke service with the very best and most effective products, tailored to their skin concerns, skin goals and budget. In 2025 the group acquired Luxurious Look, an online retailer of premium haircare products to expand our online portfolio.
Purpose/Summary
Working as part of the Creative Team, we are looking for an organised and creative Videographer to lead the filming, editing and delivery of Face the Future’s and Luxurious Look’s video content.
This role will support our social channels, online shop, clinic and wider group activity, with a strong focus on podcast filming and editing, promotional video, campaign content, brand education and social-first video. Video is now a much bigger part of how we connect with our customers, brand partners and wider audience, so this role needs someone who can take a brief, plan the shoot, capture strong footage, edit it to a high standard and deliver the final content on time.
Some days will be focused on filming podcasts. Other days could involve editing social cutdowns, producing campaign videos, filming product content, creating behind-the-scenes footage, or supporting a new brand launch. The work needs to feel polished, accurate and on-brand, but also practical enough to keep pace with a busy eCommerce business.
We are looking for someone who is confident using Adobe Premiere Pro and comfortable managing the full video process from planning through to final export. Strong organisation is just as important as creativity. Deadlines matter, files need to be managed properly, and the wider team needs clear communication on progress, timings and any issues. You should be confident directing shoots and helping a wide range of stakeholders feel comfortable in front of the camera, including those with little or no on-camera experience.
As video production continues to evolve, we want someone who actively embraces new technology, particularly AI. You should be comfortable using AI-powered features within editing software and be proactive in bringing forward new ideas, tools and workflows that help us create more content, improve efficiency and maintain high creative standards.

- Support with creative ideas for monthly and quarterly planning, bringing practical suggestions for video content that can be produced well and used across multiple channels
- Monitor video trends across beauty, skincare, wellness, retail and wider social media, sharing relevant ideas with the team when there is a clear opportunity
- Work with brand partners where needed to support video content, making sure requirements are clear and final assets are delivered to the right standard
- Support filming for offline activity where required, including events, photoshoots, PR launches, internal communications and team content
- Help review video performance where relevant, using learnings to improve future content
