Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator / Care Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing essential administrative support while assisting with care duties in a compassionate and professional manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth office operations and delivering high-quality care to clients. Prior experience in office administration and care environments is desirable, along with excellent organisational and communication skills. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop a versatile skill set within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
Handling phone calls with professional etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
Maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace applications
Scheduling appointments and coordinating care plans for clients
Assisting with client documentation and updating records efficiently
Supporting the care team with administrative support as needed
Ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Providing compassionate assistance to clients in line with care protocols

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
Strong phone etiquette and clear communication abilities
Previous clerical experience or administrative experience preferred
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
Compassionate attitude with a focus on client well-being

Due to the nature of the role, all candidates must be 18+ and driving.
