Full job description

HRC Ltd are looking for reliable and motivated labourer / roofer / solar installers to join our growing team. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, isn’t afraid of heights, and takes pride in quality workmanship. Experience in roofing or solar is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.

Responsibilities

Assisting with roofing and solar installation projects
Loading, unloading, and handling materials safely
Working on residential and commercial roofs
Using hand and power tools correctly
Following health & safety procedures at all times
Supporting qualified tradespeople on site
Working away

Requirements

Good work ethic and punctuality
Comfortable working at heights
Physically fit and able to work outdoors
CSCS Card
Driver’s licence preferred
Roofing or solar experience highly regarded (but not required)
