Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our busy tyre shop as a Sales advisor Role. This is a varied role combining front-of-house reception duties with sales responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing advice on tyres, services, and pricing
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them appropriately
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the appointment calendar
- Assist customers with enquiries, providing product information and support
- Support sales team by processing orders and maintaining customer records
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred
- Friendly, approachable demeanour with a professional appearance
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product or service solutions
- Manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and after-sales support to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using organisational IT systems
- Plan and prioritise daily tasks efficiently, ensuring excellent time management
- Drive personal development by staying informed about industry trends and organisational offerings
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Effective time management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Valid driving licence is preferred for roles requiring travel between client sites or organisational offices
