We are seeking a reliable and organised Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with fee earner tasks as overflow using casemanagement software
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate meetings and events, including room setup and catering arrangements
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with case management or accounting software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
