Full job description

Are you a Risk & Compliance professional looking for your next challenge in a dynamic, fast paced environment? We're looking for a Risk & Compliance Analyst to join our growing firm.

What will I be doing

Obtaining and analysing all necessary documentation for KYC/AML/CDD and sanctions.
Carrying out CDD and screening for PEPs and sanctions
Keeping records of measures applied to each client matter.
Responding to KYC, AML/CDD and sanctions queries.
Evaluating new and existing clients to understand the nature of the business, ownership structure and associated risks.
Obtaining and analysing information on beneficial ownership.
Carrying out enhanced due diligence checks and escalating complex/high-risk KYC issues.
Investigating negative media/news findings.
Advising our fee earners on AML and sanctions policy requirements.
Assisting with training new employees on our firm's processes and procedures.

You'll have

Previous experience in KYC/AML/CDD and sanctions and you'll be keen to further your career in compliance.
Ideally compliance experience gained within a law firm.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem solving skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent IT Skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
