Full job description

The mission

Build the operational and regulatory backbone of the UK business. If the Country Manager owns where we are going, you own whether we can actually get there — licences, compliance, supply chain, and the systems that keep them running.

What you'll do

Project-manage the UK licensing applications end to end — including controlled-drugs licensing and the wholesale dealer's authorisation — with external advisers and authorities.
Stand up a compliant distribution and supply-chain setup, from group suppliers through to UK pharmacies.
Select, coordinate and manage external consultants and third-party partners — regulatory and legal advisers, logistics and 3PL, storage, quality and finance providers.
Write the SOPs, quality and compliance processes the UK entity runs on.
Set up the practicalities — the co-working space, tools, systems and day-to-day operations.
Own operational budgets, timelines and risk tracking, and keep the launch plan honest.

What you bring

Operations experience in pharma, healthcare, regulated logistics or a comparable controlled environment.
Working knowledge of Good Distribution Practice, controlled-drugs handling and MHRA / Home Office requirements is a strong advantage — or the proven ability to get up to speed fast.
A process-builder who is genuinely hands-on — happy to write the SOP and also book the courier.
Strong project management: you keep multiple workstreams, advisers and deadlines moving at once.
Calm under ambiguity, organised, and detail-driven without losing sight of the bigger timeline.
